It's a fast-moving, interactive board game of listening, self-disclosure, and building each other up - led by students. Players team up around challenging situations, guided by 12 proven ways to lead character, attitude, actions - and dreams.

Dreams are the inspiration for learning in the game, just like coffee encourages connecting at Starbucks. The game prompts revealing conversations so students can practice leadership skills like direct communication, getting past fears, choosing kindness, changing thinking, and building themselves up.
