The Dream Leader Game is a product of two education innovators - Jill Esplin and Sue Baechler.

Why a leadership game?

Jill's passion (and business) is motivating teens. She always wanted to play leadership games when she was a teen - but couldn't find any.

Sue's passion (and business) is designing learning products and games. She always thought there should be a game to help teens lead themselves.

They met, and now teens and teachers have a leadership game!

Jill Esplin speaks, writes, and facilitates student leadership programs worldwide that inspire young people to make a difference in their lives and others. She works with schools, youth organizations and national education partners to deliver her self-leadership message.

Sue Baechler writes and designs learning games, tools and events that help people use their full creative potential to get better results. Companies worldwide use Sue's designs for better leadership, communication, innovation, and team performance.
